Losing a loved one is hard. Keep them as close to you as possible with one of these memorial rings.
"How does it work?"
After you place your order, I will send you a private message to discuss your options. During that time, I will also send you my address so that you can mail a small portion of your loved ones cremains/ashes or hair. Once I receive your envelope with the ashes, I will let you know so that you know that your loved ones remains arrived safely. Then I can start the creation process.
I have many crushed gemstones to choose from such as opals, malachite, florite, aquamarine, granite, etc. You only need to let me know what color scheme that you'd like and I will make you the perfect keepsake.
Standard ring bands are made of allergy free, stainless steel. If you would like Sterling Silver, please choose that in the drop down menu.
Due to the custom nature of these rings, there is a slightly longer processing time. This allows your envelope to reach me, my creation time and then my time to mail your memorial ring back.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

***Holiday Notice***
While I'd like to insure that everyone recieves their special orders by December 25th, I will no longer be able to do this for orders received after December 6th, 2021.
If you have ordered a custom pet memorial or keepsake, your pets hair or ashes must be received by December 6th, 2021.
Due to the processing time and the expected delays in USPS shipping, I will not be able to guarentee December 25th, 2021 deliveries if your pets hair / ashes are recieved after December 6th, 2021.
Please contact me if you would like to make other arrangements such as expedited shipping. The postal price for this service will vary based on your location and service chosen.

For horse, pony, mule, zebra or other equine, the amount of hair needed is 4"-8" long, approx a pinky finger in diameter of hair, per shoe requested.
